48 Hours Spent Eating Truffles in the Chianti Region.
I consumed pasta, eggs, oils, chocolate, bread and candy with truffles.
Here are three of my favorites:

2. Ravioli with creamy truffle sauce sprinkled with freshly grated truffle
This is a half portion. Light, delicate and bite size. I recommend nor sharing, it's so good.

This is a special recipe from Grandma Silvana, the lovely chef at Tenuta Torciano, a family run winery and restaurant.
It is made with layers of cheese,porcini mushrooms,béchamel and truffle oil with fresh shaved truffles on top.
Even better with their wines !
